Noé Cázares has been part of our team for nearly 11 years and currently serves as Senior Forklift Operator. His journey reflects consistency, commitment to safety, and active involvement in the development of his teammates within the operation.
Since joining Onilog, Noé has gained experience in forklift operation and the company’s operational processes. Over time, he has also taken on responsibilities in evaluating and training new team members, sharing his knowledge and helping strengthen the team.
